A single introductory meeting, no matter how great it was, is never enough. At the end of each meeting the next action step always needs to be agreed. It can be as simple as distributing presentation materials among the participants, or a little bit more challenging as organizing a deep-dive technical presentation, a trial kick-off meeting, a reference account visit and so on. Follow-up activities may also include translation of marketing collateral into Russian, signing NDAs, obtaining FRIs/RFPs/FRQs, etc.
